You will find a fantastic team spirit at Oakmere Community College where staff both work effectively together and meet regularly outside of work to socialise. Team building / training days are held regularly and an all staff party takes place annually. We are lucky to have regular volunteers who kindly offer their time, skills and expertise to Oakmere Community College and we really value their contribution to our organisation. In return we offer training and work based experience which will enhance the careers and employment prospects of our volunteers. Volunteers receive a free meal in our canteen on days that they work and may be eligible for help with travel expenses. We are happy to provide references for individuals that have volunteered for us.
