Room only hire rates

Room only hire includes:
AV equipment e.g. Large screen, LCD projector and Sound System, DVD Player, Microphone with stand, Flipchart.
Free Wireless Internet access
Free access to syndicate rooms and refreshment area

Full day room hire:  2-50 delegates = £350+VAT        50+ delegates = £400 +vat
Half day room hire: 2-50 delegates = £250+VAT        50+ delegates = £300 +vat

  • Tea, Coffee and Danish pastries £2.50pp
  • Sandwich Platter Lunch with gateaux, fruit platter with tea, coffee and juice £5.95pp
