What You Need to Sail On Board GMC
We provide
- Lifejackets
- Safety harnesses
- Food
- Insurance
- Waterproof Jacket and trousers (You can bring your own if you wish)
You will need with you the following
- Holdall, rucksack or Black bin bag will be adequate. (Not a Suitcase).
- Sleeping bag.
- Pillow.
- Lots of thin, warm layers of clothing. Spare clothes.
- Hat.
- Gloves.
- Sunglasses.
- Sun cream/ lip balm.
- Seasickness tablets.
- Any personal medication needed.
- Waterproof foot wear suitable for wearing on deck (Wellington Boots are good).
- Spare shoes/trainers.
- Towel.
- Wash Kit (Soap, Roll on deodorant (not aerosol type), toothbrush and paste).
- Musical instruments (Only small items that are easily carried)
- Any other personal items you don’t mind carrying.
- Sense of humour.
